Sammut is back and this time with a Regular class at Seven Steps on
TUESDAYS at 10:30am. ππππ
The choice of the lesson content is as follows:
WELLNESS FlOW: A full body workout that moves slowly and intentionally. Designed on vital fitness elements - strength, balance, mobility, stretching and relaxation all in one carefully planned format which allows you to connect with your body, leaving you feeling grounded and energized.
OR
FULL BODY: Engaging workouts designed to strengthen the whole body while boosting energy and overall wellbeing. Sessions vary in format and may include cardio, strength work, or partner exercises.

Vocally & Physically exhausted today (the bags under my eyes show this!π€π) .. but Iβm still teaching away & I do it with a smile! π€ Sometimes our body just tells us to slow down a bit - and thatβs OK.
