68k for 68 years! 🇱🇷
Huge congrats to RFC Rowers for powering through in true Merdeka spirit. RFC Rowers smashed a total distance of 68k each, celebrating Malaysia’s 68th Merdeka.
What an incredible display of Malaysia Boleh strength and determination .

Meet Lorraine! A living testament to physical and mental fortitude. Lorraine has led an active lifestyle all throughout her life until a life-altering accident took part of her leg. Still, slowly but surely, she picked herself up and with her determination became a NASM International Certified Personal Trainer in order to set out on her mission to help others not just like herself but people who need to rise above their adversities and get on the right track. She then became certified as a Stick Mobility Specialist before going on to carve her name into history as Malaysia’s First Blade Runner in 2024.
Down to earth and a walking inspiration, Lorraine is the trainer who will get you up on your feet, regardless of what life throws your way. You’ll have no excuses with Lorraine. This mother of three will get your game on, and we are so proud to have such an inspiring individual join the RFC team!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our recent Row Out event on 19 & 20 February 2025 at the Concourse Area KL Ecocity Mall.
And especially to our gym members, gym staff and RFC Rowing Crew (Audrey, Iman, Gaiyan, Lee Vei, Caleb, Alex, Ursula), your support, dedication, energy, and teamwork truly made this event a success. Your commitment to training and improving every day is inspiring, and we couldn’t be prouder of the effort you put in on the rowers.
A special shoutout to our Rowing Coach Farouk, whose guidance and motivation kept everyone focused and determined whilst injecting some fun and laughter at the event.
And of course, congratulations to Caleb, our fastest rower, for the 100m Row Challenge. Your speed and determination were next level—well done!

Just like that, January’s passed us by! Thank you to all who participated in the January challenge for being such great sports, embracing new challenges and for getting your GAME ON. Congratulations to all who succeeded in the challenge by showing up so consistently and for working so hard, it’s nothing short of impressive and y’all should be so proud of yourselves!
The whole purpose of this challenge was to encourage you guys to build consistency. So, to those who won, keep up the great work; to those who tried, please remember it’s not intensity that gives you results but consistency. Winning is not done on the day you achieve what you set out to do, but in the months and years of consistent preparation prior. Excellent job, everyone!
