In 3 weeks time a team of 10 Para Bowlers will represent New Zealand at the 3rd Presidential Cup - International Lawn Bowls Games in Suwon, South Korea
A Coach/Manager and 3 support people will accompany the team.
The invitational tournament will be held from August 29th - September 3rd.
Seven countries are attending including Malaysia and Australia.
Pairs and Triples will be played on a green that is situated on the 4th floor of the VHS sports Centre.
It is an incredible opportunity for our Para Bowlers to experience International bowls and the Korean culture.
The trip is completely self funded and the team is very excited to be part of this event which is only held every 6 years.

FROM STADIUM BOWLS
We wish to sell our old sprayer from Andersons Bay Bowling Club. It's in good working order and set up for a 33.5 X 33.5 mtr green with capacity to cover larger green. A 50ish mtr standard power cord comes with it. It has an adjustable pressure gauge and a boom spray unit of 1.8 Mtrs with 2 mtr coverage. Could you please pass this on to all clubs and we would like to get $600 Ono.

This weekend sees the KBC Kaikorai Bowling Club pairing of Nigel Birkbeck & Jonty Horwell travel to Hastings for the Men's pairs finals.
