…and the stage is officially set.

After months of planning, countless spreadsheets, equipment layouts, sponsor meetings, and behind-the-scenes work, we’re almost ready to welcome you to BFT Kensington’s very first PODIUM Competition. 💙

🏁 Athletes: Take a few minutes to familiarise yourself with the layout before Sunday. Knowing where each zone is will help you move confidently between stations and focus on what matters most—giving it everything you’ve got.

👏 Spectators: We’ve got a dedicated spectator area running alongside the competition floor, so you’ll have a front-row seat to every lift, sprint, and finish. Bring the noise and help create an atmosphere the athletes won’t forget! 📣

Every station has been carefully planned to create a smooth, exciting competition experience—from the first deadlift in Zone 1 right through to the final wall ball.

We’re counting down the days and can’t wait to see our community come together for an epic day of fitness, teamwork, and a little healthy competition.

📅 Registrations close this Sunday, 26 July (unless we sell out first!)
📧 Only ONE HQ registration form is required per pair—but it must be completed to receive your wave allocation and appear on the global leaderboard.
👕 Now’s the time to sort your team fit, rally your support crew and get excited.

This time next week we’ll be building the arena, packing the finisher goodie bags, and getting ready to welcome you all to an unforgettable day.

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved in our Club Day! 🙌

The studio was packed with jerseys, team colours and plenty of friendly banter. From the Landers, Sharks, Liverpool to the Wahs, and everything in between—it was awesome seeing everyone proudly repping their favourite teams.

Days like these are a reminder that while we all support different clubs, we’re all on the same team at BFT Kensington. 💙
