📢 Calling all coaches in Gisborne! Poverty Bay Rugby is running a FREE World Rugby Level 1 Foundation Coaching Course on June 21st — and we want you involved! 🏉
This entry-level course requires no previous coaching experience and is tailored to full field, full contact rugby. It covers five stages: creating an environment, coaching process, game knowledge, coaching skills, and how to run an effective practice. Participants will also receive a comprehensive manual covering rugby skills, teaching fundamentals, and the practical implications of rugby training.
Lunch is provided, and applicants will be contacted by Poverty Bay Rugby two weeks out from the course. Please note a minimum of 8 participants is required for the course to go ahead — so don’t sit on it!
