In our classes, we always talk about the magic of stars, but Matariki reminds us of the most important things: family, connection, and creating beautiful memories together. We are so incredibly grateful for our amazing community of little dancers and parents who make our studio feel like home. 🩰💕

Every certificate handed out this week represents weeks of trying, growing and building confidence, one class at a time. We are so proud of every single little star and love celebrating them all.

If we had to pick what we have loved most about this first year, it is watching our little ones’ confidence improve week by week. Witnessing that growth firsthand and receiving such wonderful feedback from our grownups about how they take their class home with them, means everything.

We have also loved watching the bonding between our little ones and their grown ups, and I am so proud of building such an amazing community here in Hamilton (and now Cambridge too!).

To every parent who has given their child the gift of babyballet this past year, thank you for trusting us with that.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support from the babyballet New Zealand team - you are an inspiration and we love being on this journey with you. Also our incredible teachers, who have been such a special part of this amazing year. Thank you for the warmth, energy and heart you bring to every single class. Your passion shines through, and our little stars and their families feel it every week.

Lastly a special thank you also to Drury Lane Dance Studio, it is a pleasure to work alongside you in bringing the magic of dance to our Hamilton and Cambridge communities.

Seeing the confidence of our dancers grow over time is one of the very best parts of teaching babyballet, and we have seen this happen over and over again in the last six weeks!
