Are you a busy parent that still has 2026 health and fitness goals to tick off?
We know it can be hard to prioritise you some times but if you won’t do it no one else will do it for you.
Let’s simplify it a bit aye? No 2 hour gym sessions 5-6x a week. You don’t have to run the block and you don’t have to jump on any extreme dieting bandwagon.
1. You’re going to have to join a gym and move 3x a week with weights or under load. With F45 that’s going to look like 2x strength classes a week and 1x Hybrid session a week. And the good thing about that is you don’t even have to plan your workout. It’s already sorted for you. You will have coach’s to help with your training and the session only lasts 45mins. That’s 2hrs and 15mins per week at the gym!
2. Nutrition needs to be a part of the plan. No winging it and saying “I eat healthy!” Losing weight is going to require us eating less than we burn. Gaining muscle and performance is going to require the right amount of fuel. It sounds complicated, we know. That’s why we always recommend the pros to help like Kieran from Meal Prep Delivery | NZ which will take away all the guess work. If you’re too busy for meal prep he also provides ready to go meals.
3. Recovery. Sleep. It can’t be an after thought. Aim to get 6-8hrs sleep a day and have 1 day full off any kind of training. No light run or recovery bike. No extra gym session. We want zzzzzzzz and actual chill.
4. Get yourself into a community of like minded people. If you could do it yourself you would have already! Community is so much more than people filling a room. It’s accountability, encouragement, help, vibes that keep you coming back, people noticing you’re not there and friendship!
If this sounds like a bit of you send us a message and let us help you to smash the rest of 2026!
