Unfortunately we're unable to run our roller disco at Nuit Blanche tonight due to the weather 🌧 The festival itself will still be going ahead so don't let the rain stop you from having a good time and supporting local shops, food trucks and performers!!

Just a heads up that we’ll be running one session tomorrow from 10am til 5pm because from 6pm onwards, we’ll be over on Hastings Street for the Nuit Blanche Napier Art After Dark Festival 🎉

We’re going to be hosting a free roller disco including free rental skates and blades for you to use. You’re also more than welcome to bring your own! 🛼

🎬 Bay Skate Featured on Kea Kids News!

We had the cool opportunity of having the Kea Kids News crew come to Napier and film a episode here at Bay Skate.

The episode, "Ninjas vs Pirates", showcases some of the fun and creativity that make Bay Skate such a unique place for young people in our community.
It was fantastic to see local tamariki taking centre stage and experiencing the excitement of being part of a nationally produced programme.

Kea Kids News is a TVNZ-funded online news platform created for young New Zealanders, giving kids the opportunity to tell stories, explore ideas, and learn through hands-on experiences.

A big thank you to the Kea Kids News team and everyone involved in bringing the episode to life.

Our school holiday skateboard lessons are back for another round! Usually our skateboard lessons are one-on-one, but for the holidays we’re running group skateboarding lessons for just $15pp! 🙌

These lessons are open to all ages, genders and skill levels - especially those who are just starting out or wanting to expand on their tricks. Skateboard and helmet hire is included although you're more then welcome to bring your own. Safety gear is also highly recommended if you have it.

Grab a mate, bring the whānau, or come along yourself and give skateboarding a go. Spaces are limited, so get in quick! 🛹
