Its taken a wee while to get my head around our move, decide on my studio layout, and be ready to open.

My new neighborhood! 🏡 How lucky am I to have 2 beaches on my doorstep. I took a 5 min wander down to Waiake beach yesterday for a quick walk, and we are a short 2 min drive down to Browns Bay Beach.

Can't wait for the warmer months! 🌞

My new home studio will be open from next week Tuesday for bookings. As well as offering massage and 1:1 pilates, I'll be offering wellness courses to help women strengthen their core (and pelvic floor) through both pilates based exercise, and massage therapy.

Our community mat pilates classes started this week at our new venues ✨️

We have a few spots left in our Monday 9am class for those who have done pilates before.

Weekly mat pilates home visits are also available on Mondays and Fridays. All you need is room to move, a mat, and i will bring the rest.

Membership options (only open to four more people), as well as casual payg sessions.

We have one more week here at my home studio, then I will be switching to home visits for massage and reflexology.

Home visits will be limited to current clients only and to those living in and around the Waimauku area on Mondays and Fridays.

I have a discounted MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP for those who would like to enhance their health and wellbeing, relieve muscular aches and pains, lower stress levels, and all from the comfort of your own home. My current members LOVE having something to look forward to each month and so can you.
