🚴♀️ More upgrades are on the way at Edge Fitness! 🚴♂️
We’re excited to announce that some brand-new cardio equipment has been ordered and is expected to arrive by the end of next week 🤞
✅ 2 new exercycles
✅ A new recumbent bike
✅ 1 additional cross trainer
✅ New exercise mats
We’re always looking for ways to improve your experience and continue investing back into the gym for our members.
We’ll be moving some equipment around to make space on the main gym floor, so we can turn the small back room into a stretching room for those that like a bit of space 🙌

I’m a mum.
A business owner.
An employer.
The accounts administrator.
The marketing manager.
A coach.
A bodybuilder.

And most days, I wear all of those hats before lunch.
Life is busy. There’s always something that needs doing, someone who needs me, or a reason to put myself last.
But prioritising my health is not optional.
Because I want to be here for my kids.
I want to show them that looking after yourself matters.
I want to show them that strong is beautiful.
I want to show them that discipline will take you further than motivation ever will.
I want them to grow up knowing that their health isn’t something they squeeze in when they have time — it’s something worth making time for.
And the truth is, I don’t train because I have plenty of spare time.
I train because I know I’m a better mum, partner, coach, business owner and human when I do.
That’s exactly why I created Come Back To You.
Not for women who need more information.
