What better way to celebrate Easter than with a Brisket.
Nice little Firstlight Brisket rubbed with Texanz Championship and Four Saucemen White.
In the pit for about 6hrs and an hours rest.
Finished off with Brisket sandwich lettuce, onions and Smokey Mountain Sauce

Competition BBQ Bootcamp is fast approaching. There's still time to register. For those considering Competition BBQ but unsure what to expect, this class provides the foundational knowledge necessary for confident competition.
Due request, we'll run it over a Saturday and Sunday. Hopefully this would suit more people.
