Fired up the Trusty Rambler with what I think are NZ Baby backs $6 for a half rack in Woolies so got two.
So here's the thing! they are super quick to cook so they are great to practice flavour profiles with.
Also doing some brisket offcuts
So what ya'll got going on.

It's always great to fire up the grill and get that smoke rolling.
On the pit today swiftie's and a pork butt.
Trialled some home made rub on the ribs, it was ok....I'll leave it for the experts 😆
Finished off with pulled pork burgers and a side order of ribs.

Product Test part 2
Soaked the grills overnight in the solution
Now bear in mind my grills where pretty caked on with that black stuff.
So the instructions say to pull the grills out, put some detergent on the grill With the gloves provided clean the grills with warm soapy water.
Blimey what a messy job. Make sure you clean over some plastic.
My thoughts: if I was expecting to get the grill back down to metal again I was optimistic in fairness it did clean the grills.
If I would use it again I would use some scotchbright and clean off the grubby stuff first.
Overall would i use it again! Possibly, just to try cleaning with scotchbright.
Would be great on new grills.
