Fergs Wellington is run by a dedicated bunch of kayak and rock climbing professionals. All of the staff are passionate about their specialties be it white water kayaking, kayak fishing, rock climbing, sea kayaking, inline skating, stand up paddle boarding, or kayak racing. Here at Fergs we not only cater for all your Kayak needs, we also specialise in Rock Climbing, and Skating. We house one of the largest Rock Climbing walls in the country, and with Wellington harbour on our door step we offer many different options to explore Wellington through our Hire Fleet of Stand-up Paddle boards, Kayaks and Skates. Pop in store and talk to one of our friendly staff about hiring gear or to check out what we have on offer.

We have 2 programmes lined up this school holidays!

On the first week of the holidays, we will be running the Fergs Fun Day Out - a 4-hour programme featuring all the fun activities we have to offer! What's more, it includes a milkshake from the Enormous Crocodile and Shake Bar 🥤.

The second week features our Adventure Club teaser programme. This is ideal for the climbers who are interested in our after-school climbing programme. With a small ratio, beginners and experienced climbers are welcome to join.
