Train smarter not harder.
Training 7 times a week isn’t going to benefit you. You’ll burn out and be off the gym within a couple months.
3-4 hard sessions a week is all you need to see gains in the gym.
Consistency doesn’t have to look impressive.
3 sessions a week? That’s enough. But you show up to all 3. Every week. No skipping because work got busy or you didn’t sleep well or you just didn’t feel like it.
You set the standard. You keep it. Simple as that.
Everything else gets built on top of that foundation.
