✨ Hourly bookings* made before end of April: Studio rental for 444kr/hour

✨ Bookings* made before end of April (bundle!): Book 3 classes (3 hours each) for a total of 2500kr.
*the classes need to be executed before May 31st.

✨ LAST MINUTE AVAILABILITY:
Due to some last minute rescheduling, the weekends* 7-8 March and 21-22 March are available for bookings at the moment. In March, there are also some availability during Mondays and Tuesdays right now both day and evenings (our most popular days for weekdays).

*for Saturdays and Sundays, a 15% surchage applies to all prices.

Step into an evening of deep restoration where scent and sound meet.

We’ll begin by grounding through some breathwork and calming essential oils, opening the senses and quieting the mind. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound journey to melt tension and invite inner balance. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.

When: February 19th, 17:30-19:00
Where: Studio Animaė, Lilla Nygatan 20, 111 28 Stockholm

*There will be a charge of 250SEK if someone who book do not show up. This due to respect other attendees since have a waiting list to the events.

Whether you're looking to host classes, workshops, or special events, Animaė Studio is perfect for all your needs. With ample room and a serene atmosphere, you can create the perfect environment for relaxation and growth.

Here you will find:
• 10 x Yoga mats
• Eye pillows
• Blankets
• Meditation pillows
• Massage table
• Kitchenette with fridge, hotplate, and water boiler
• WC

There is also a coaching room, with a warm and inviting space available for rent, perfect for workshops, training sessions, or one-on-one coaching.

• 2 x Comfortable armchairs
• 1 x Desk
• 1 x Office chair
• Big cozy blankets
• Candles

Meet the founders of Studio animaė, Maja and Deborah, two passionate and dedicated facilitators who forged a meaningful connection during a transformative period in each of our lives. As time passed and we embarked on our own journey as certified breathwork facilitators, we recognized a significant gap in Stockholm’s wellness community: the lack of relaxed, cozy, rentable studios for like-minded practitioners seeking a space to thrive on their own.

Driven by a shared vision and a strong desire to make a difference, we proudly launched our own welcoming space to cultivate a vibrant hub where individuals can come together to share their unique journeys and invaluable experiences.

Our mission extends far beyond just providing a studio; we are wholeheartedly dedicated to supporting smaller yoga instructors, reiki healers, LFA practitioners, healing coaches, and other wellness professionals in their growth and development.

Together, we aim to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters personal and business development, networking, and holistic healing within our community.
