Join us for our Spring Sporting Clays Shoot on Sunday March 6th. We will start shooting at 9 AM and wrap up around 2:30PM.
Rounds of 50 targets are $12 for members and $15 for guests.

We also have some remaining 2022 Gun Drawing Calendars to sell if you are looking for one. The first drawing is coming up on Tuesday the 15th.

We are almost there! Banquet is on Saturday the 22nd and Doors open at 5:30 PM at Country Lane Lodge.
If you haven’t renewed and got your ticket yet we will have a limited number at the door on Saturday.

Here is your chance. We are selling Calendars this year that will get you in on drawings for firearms. See the Information sheet in this post.
Available at any membership sales night or from a board member. We have limited the number to 200 and will sell them until gone.

Rental at the club on Thanksgiving Day. The range will be closed starting at 10:30 AM for the rest of the day.

The Annual Meeting and Banquet for 2022 will be held on January 22nd 2022 at Country Lane Lodge Adel.

Banquet tickets and 2022 Memberships will be available starting December 21st at the monthly meeting or from a board member.

More information will be coming in the next few weeks.

There is a rental tomorrow Sunday Nov. 7 and range may be closed at renter discretion.

Sunday October 3rd is the first weekend of Team Trap at the Club. Get your team of 5 together and be ready at 9AM.
Membership required for this event.
Breakfast starts at 8 AM in the clubhouse.

Trap shoot on Sunday September 26th starting at 9AM.
Warm up day for team trap but open for anyone to shoot.
Breakfast prepared by Boy Scout Troop 152 starting around 7:30 in the Clubhouse.

Sporting Clays on Sunday September 12th. We’ll start at 9AM and finish up by 3PM.

There will be a work crew at the club Monday August 30th from 8AM to Noon that will close the range.

There is a private rental at the club tomorrow. 8-22-21. Anticipate that the range may be closed. Normal range hours will resume on Monday . Thank you for your understanding!!!

Ok. Board Member rant:

Getting really sick and f**king tired of people bringing sh*t like car hoods, doors, computers, satallite dishes, t.v.'s, you name it to the club to shoot the sh*t of and leave behind for us to clean. Take for f**king trash when you leave. End rant.

One week from today is Members Day at the Club! Make sure all members come out to the Raccoon Valley Sportsman Club to enjoy!

Sporting Clays on Sunday June 13th. We will start rounds at 9 AM and wrap up by 3PM.

The range will be closed from Friday the 21st at 6PM until Sunday the 23rd at 11AM for a rental of the grounds.

Trapshoot this morning starting at 9AM.

Trap Shoot coming up this Sunday May 2nd. We will start at 9AM and will go until around noon.

Summer Trap League sign up on Tuesday April 27th 6 PM in the Club House.
Our first night of league will be on Tuesday May 11th. We will shoot on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday’s of May through August. There is a $10 League fee and you will shoot 2 25 target rounds each night and the fee is $9 per night.
If you can’t make it tomorrow night send an email or messsge and be there on May 11th.

Trap Shoot on Sunday April 11th starting at 9AM. Come on out and shoot some clays!

Clean up days on Saturday April 3rd and Sunday April 4th. Check the list on the information board for what is needed.

There is an Eagle Scout Candidate working on his project at the Club starting at 10AM on Saturday April 3rd. Join us if you would like to help.
He is installing a new fire ring and help and donations would be appreciated. Or just stop by to see how the project is going.

Schedule Change! The Trap Shoot set up on Sunday April 4th will be moved to Sunday April 11th. Starting time will still be at 9 AM.

Spring Clean up on March 27-28 and April 3-4. The items that need to be done are on the information board and on the door of the clubhouse.
Come on out when you have a couple of hours.
No fixed times, just when you have time.
