WHY I DO
I believe in overall wellness which covers mind, body and soul. With so many family members and friends who suffers from High Blood pressure, cholesterol , high or low blood sugar, diabetes, heart issues and more, which all derived from a certain level of being unhealthy. I plan to help not only my family, but spread the knowledge of implementing a diet plan along with taking natural minerals and vitamins. Making better food decisions is the key to being a better version of you both inside and outside. Remember , "Eat to Live, Not Live to Eat"
