Shoutout to all the ladies at KRCT 👏👏

This year’s Murph wasn’t about PRs, leaderboard spots, or proving how tough you are. It was about showing up alongside people willing to do hard things together.

150+ people came through these doors, suffered together, encouraged each other, and honored the meaning behind the workout. We saw first timers finish their first Murph. We saw veterans slow down to pull someone through. That’s not programming, that’s culture.

Days like this remind us that Korrect Fitness is more than a gym. It’s a place where people from all walks of life come together to push themselves, support one another, and leave better than they arrived.

To every person who showed up, volunteered, cheered, sweat, and suffered alongside us, thank you.

Murph 2026 🇺🇸

We’re proud to be an Official 2026 Host of the The Murph Challenge in collaboration with Huckberry, Hyperwear, Korrect Life, My Fit Foods, and Woolmark. Join one of our three heats led by Coach Carlisle Price, Ryan Darby, and Alex Bradley as we come together to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy and challenge ourselves alongside our community.

Heat 1: [8am] Competitive Timed Heat , Vest 20/10 lbs, Chipper Style
Heat 2: [9am] Social - Vest Opt, Rounds Opt (10+), can do inverted rows
Heat 3 [10:30am] Social - Vest Opt, Rounds Opt (10+), can do inverted rows

Run: 1 mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
Run: 1 mile
Optional: 20lb (men) / 14lb (women) weight vest.

Loaner vests and ruck packs will be available to borrow on a first come first serve basis with Hyperwear. 50% discount on TAC vests will be offered to participants - make sure to stop by their booth!!
