STARTING Thursday, May 7th! This All Levels somatic yoga flow weaves together somatic techniques (such as tapping, conscious movement, breathwork, etc.), flowing sequences, and meditation to reconnect to the body in a supportive and grounded way. Rather than focusing on achieving specific shapes, this class invites you to notice, to feel, and to respond to what is present. Sensation is information, and you will be encouraged to move in ways that support your body’s unique needs in each moment.
A variety of posture options and variations will be offered throughout class, allowing space for you to find what feels most supportive in your body. The pace and guidance are intentionally spacious and exploratory, allowing you to move without pressure or expectation. Sign up via the link in our bio!

We got to share in the peaceful energy of the monks 110th day walking for peace in Annapolis today! The teachings were reaffirming that peace starts from within. Only we can create our experience, so when we practice meditation and mindfulness we can reflect that inner peace outwards to our family and all beings. Let’s continue to walk this path of peace and unconditional love together so that we can begin to heal our collective suffering. Om Shantih. 🕉️☮️
