Members of the Month: Liz & Stu 🎉
Liz and Stu are the kind of members who make our community stronger. They show up ready to work, stay humble, support those around them, and bring plenty of fun to every class.

We are SO excited to announce that two of our BMore Adaptive athletes, Anneliese Williams and Reon Holloway, have qualified for the 2026 Adaptive CrossFit Games!
If you have the privilege of knowing Anneliese or Reon, you know that they have sacrificed an incredible amount of time, energy, and effort into earning their invitations to compete at the Adaptive CrossFit Games. We feel so fortunate to have these two role models in our community showing us what is possible when you put your head down and make a consistent effort in working toward a goal.

Join us this Saturday for PUSH's June Coach's Choice WOD, "Kelly," selected by Coach Tim! This classic CrossFit workout is simple on paper yet surprisingly tough! "Kelly" will be programmed during all classes on Saturday (8:00 am, 9:15 am, and 10:30 am).
And be sure to try Coach Tim's monthly challenge: max cumulative running miles over the month. Running during and outside of WODs counts!
