🗓 We're hosting our annual holiday party at the gym on December 7th! Wear your holiday finest (whatever that means to you!) and join your fit-friends for a night full of food, drink, and holiday fun! 🥂
🗓 On Saturday, December 21st, we'll do the 12 Days of Christmas WOD in all classes! The workout's rep structure follows the classic Christmas carol and, as our longtime members know, the hardest part might be keeping track of which round you're on! 🤔
🗓 On Monday, December 30th, we'll do the 8 Nights of Hanukkah WOD! This workout is a favorite amongst our barbell-loving members! 🏋️♂️
