Let’s get GYMNASTY!

Join L2 Coaches Kami and Kirsten on Saturday, November 7 at 10:30 AM for a Gymnastics Seminar featuring handstands and muscle-ups!

Whether you’re working toward your first rep or looking to take your skills to the next level, we’ll break down movements and practice drills to help you progress. Come ready for some dedicated, in-depth gymnasty playtime!

A fun week ahead at Type 44!

This Saturday is our first HYROX SIM, with heats starting at 9 AM! Running, sleds, carries, lunges, rowing and all the classic HYROX stations—plus a little Halloween fun. Costumes encouraged if you’re feeling festive!

❄️ Snow could be in the mix, so dress warm and come ready to cheer on our athletes!

Reminder: No regular classes Saturday. Come bring the energy and support the crew!

School’s back in session, routines shifted, and life got busy—but y’all still showed up! Shoutout to everyone who made September’s Committed Club. Way to keep making time for yourselves and putting in the work!

Patrick is well over 2,000 classes and an OG Type 44 member for 11 years! A savage athlete, avid fisherman, devoted husband to his smoking-hot wife, father of two great boys, and all-around adventurer—the list goes on.

If you’ve been lucky enough to share a class with him, you know the sweet dance moves and hilarious commentary come with the territory. Behind it all is a great guy who makes our community better. Here’s to you and 2K strong, P. Humps!!!
