When Lani first stepped in the doors at CrossFit Casual, she was deep into her pregnancy with her first child. That didn’t stop her from showing up for herself and getting her workouts in. After taking a short hiatus to pop out baby, she was back in the gym, utilizing CrossFit Casual’s free childcare to make sure that she didn’t let parenting get in the way of her own health and fitness. She has since put on countless events at CrossFit Casual to empower other moms like her to get in the gym and show their kids what an amazing, strong mom looks like :) 💙
To Lani: CrossFit Casual seriously would NOT be where it is today if it wasn’t for you. You have such a knack for bringing people together through fitness, and I am so grateful that you partnered with me in the early days to put on some awesome events at the gym. You are a huge inspiration to mothers everywhere, showing them that having a baby doesn’t mean that life has to slow down as a parent. You’ve shown people that having a baby should be your reason to go do more and experience life with them!! Anyways, super thankful for you and our friendship. See you soon!! ✈️🌏🤘🏻
