Tomorrow is "Monday Funday" again for the 6:30 - 8:00pm at KROSS Combatives KMA Israeli Krav Maga!!!

You are welcome to come train with us!!!

We use a battle proven, (and continuously updated as needed) sytem of combat used by the Israeli Defense Force, to deal effectively against violent attacks!!!

We train twice a week to escape and survive common violent attacks that happen all around us every day.

Maybe your name hasn't come up in the news because of it,... yet, but your choice to be pro-active and start learning techniques, tactics, and the physical and mental prowess it takes to put a "happy ending" to the article, instead of a tragic one, where the world says, "that is so sad", and then go on about their own business,....

Come train and write your best ending. No one can make the choice but you!!!

We have adult class on Monday nights from 6:30 - 8:00pm

And on Thursdays we have a Kid's Krav Maga class from 5:30-6:30pm and Adult class is still from 6:30 - 8:00pm

It's "Monday Funday" tonight!!! Bring a friend, we will have some fun with knives!!!
(Training knives, lol!)

There have been many instances involving knife attacks recently in the area. Most knife attacks are at close or extreme close range, where you can be stabbed multiple times in very rapid succession. You have to think and react fast.
The only way to do this under extreme stress is through consistent training.
