We had great classes last night! The only thing that was missing was you!!!!

Looking forward to great classes again tonight!!! Come on in and join us!!!

Kid's Krav Maga:
5:30pm to 6:30pm

Give your kids the confidence and abilities not only to defend themselves, but also to keep from getting into bad situations in the first place!!!

Adult Krav Maga:
6:30pm to 8:00pm

Get a great workout, and develop your mind, body, and emotions to become a Predator's worst nightmare!!!

As always, your first class is on the house!!!

TRAIN FIGHT SURVIVE!!!

We had a great Monday "Funday" tonight at KROSS Combatives KMA Krav Maga!

Started out with some forward roll break downs with emphasis on minimizing spinal contact with the ground, rolling from one shoulder diagonally across and down to the opposite hip as we roll up to standing position, and working on rolling up oriented towards an attacker whether is it behind, or ahead.
Then we threw in some visual cues for range, like diving at the appropriate time to pick up a knife and roll back up with it, and then dive rolling over a kickshield, and eventually multiple kickshields stacked up, to work more, or less
, "arc", in the roll due to obstacles that might present themselves.

Then we finished the last 50 minutes working Choke Defense when we are pinned against a wall. Great Stuff!!!!

I am already stoked for Thursday's class!!!

We had an awesome class last night at KROSS Combatives and Self Defense "Funday" Monday night!!
We got a great warmup and burner workout in, then went over some Combat Jujitsu (Blue Belt level) wrist grab defenses!!!

Great job, everyone!!!
