Tullock Fitness & Performance

Town Hall is now preparing Welcome Kits for new families that are moving into our community.

These new families are looking for a new EVERYTHING!

Town Hall contacts these new families each week as soon as they move into their new home.

These new families will find new places to eat, work out, wash their car......they need a new Hair Salon, Spa, Auto Repair Shop, Optometrist, Dry Cleaner, Pet Groomer, Day Care Facility, Florist, Nail Salon, Pharmacy......you get the idea. They are actively seeking new local businesses and creating new purchasing patterns. They will become someone's next new local, loyal customer.

Town Hall will direct them to you before your competition even knows they are here.

Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one business per category, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being featured in our local Welcome Kits.

I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.

Please reply to this message with your availability or call me at your earliest convenience.

For a faster response, or if you prefer, feel free to call or text me on my cell which is listed in my signature.

Perks of working out at a personal training studio vs. a gym:

• The owner and his wife spend the weekends deep cleaning to ensure your safety!

•You don’t have to trust that other gym members before you have cleaned their equipment properly because your trainer is cleaning between clients!

•During your session it is just you and the trainer in the gym, you don’t have to worry about keeping your distance from many other gym members.

Happy to be a part to Tullock Fitness and Performance during this crazy time!
Try this variation to an exercise commonly done in the office. It's all about keeping IAP and rib/spine position. Oh, and keep breathing! Thanks Tullock Fitness & Performance.
Here's a great post by Tullock Fitness & Performance to build upon the glute bridge exercises we do in the office! Try to remember to keep the abs and the glutes activated throughout the motion. Try to avoid arching back!
I just looked and it has been 1 year since I started at Tullock Fitness and Performance! Cory has helped me achieve changes that I never imagined. I have lost 3" off my waist and have toned the rest of my body as well. I have dead lifted 105 pounds which I think is pretty good for a 67 year old, 124 pound woman! In June I went on a cruise down the Rhine River, but I kept up my strength and stamina by walking 38 miles around cities in Switzerland, France, Germany and The Netherlands. We climbed 17 flights of stairs - with several of those during a climb to the top of the spire on the Cathedral at Cologne, Germany. Without my weekly workouts, I never could have been able to keep up this kind of pace. I'e said it before and I will say it again - Thanks Cory!
If anyone is looking for a Trainer who knows his "stuff" call Tullock Fitness and Performance!

One of my favorite products when I need full fill that sweet tooth.

I think the best part is you won’t choke on it like most protein bars.

This a before and a work in progress pic comparison of my client Frances. When she first came to me on July 23, 2021 she had lost around 100 lbs in her own and had hit a plateau. She was weighing in at 180 and 44% body fat, she was wanting to get back to competitive dancing and regain the mobility she once had.

Flash forward to today, she is now 25% body fat and 135 lbs. More importantly she can deadlift 100 lbs, bench press 50 lbs for a 3x4 and squat 75 for a 3x4 and getting ready to compete in her first dancing competition in 30 years. She used to complain about her warm ups being too heavy and now asks for more weight and wants to do more reps.

Her journey is just beginning, she is determined to hit hit more PRs and body fat goals and won’t settle for anything less than first place in her first dancing competition this year. I know she will make it happen! Keep up the amazing work!

My client Frances repping 70 lbs. She is also down 33 lbs and has lost 12.2% body fat since the start of August.

She started with me with desire to get back to competitive dancing & continue to lose weight/body fat.

She lost over 100 lbs on her own before she started training with me.

Every week she comes in with a smile on her face ready to get better than the last week.

Proud of you Frances! The journey continues next week!

Working on stability with the lower half and getting some single arm split stance rows in.

Two plus months in and Avi is still busting his butt. Getting stronger each and every week. This was 225 for 3 reps.

It looks like a bunch of jargon and number.
Each category represents something we can work on or work to maintain.

For example:
The body fat percentage is great but it’s also one of the hardest areas for most people to maintain once you get in a solid range.

If you look at the where the skeletal muscle is, there is a bit more in the upper half of the body. Ideally we would want have more of a balance between the upper and lower body. So this individual needs a little more lower body movements in their workouts.

This is just one example of data we can pull from an InBody Scan. If you would like to find out for yourself email [email protected] or call 636-393-9021

Ps this data is mine. Your results will be all yours to access at anytime on the InBody app

We are officially now an InBody 570 Scanning center.
It measures:
•Skeletal Muscle Mass
•Percent Body Fat
•Body Fat Mass
•Basal Metabolic Rate
•Visceral Fat Level and More!

A little chest finisher:

• Isometric Chest Press- Keep your fists together as you squeeze your pecs and press. Keep your elbows in tight. Setup in a split stance

• Split Stance Chest Fly- Squeeze you chest as your arms make a slight arc towards each other. Squeeze your chest throughout the movement. Keep your shoulders down and elbows at 50-60 degrees.

Happy Father’s Day to all the Dad’s out there! Here are my little hero’s in training!

ISO Adductor Windshield Wipers:

This is a level up from your standard windshield wipers.

* Keys to the movement *

• Use a light ball (4 lbs is what I’m using)
• Squeeze the ball hard with shins while simultaneously squeezing your inner thighs
• Get into a 90 degree pause pull up position
• Take a deep 360 breath and squeeze abs and glutes and perform a swiping motion
• Be sure to work both directions

How many 69 year olds do you know who can hip thrust 165 pounds for a 3x4?

Probably not many.

Find out how to be one of them!

This is my client just throwing it around. We are going to hit 200 plus by the end of the year!

Lat Pull to Thigh:
Simple but Effective way to engage your lats and make them grow.

I like using the rope to help maximize the stretch of the lat to increase it’s contraction and growth

I also like to hold the bottom position for a second so you can actually get that mind body connection.

New PR for 335 lb Hip Thrust with a pause even. This is 2.3x her bodyweight. Super proud of her, she comes in 3x a week and bust her butt trying to get better than the week before.
405 here we come!

She is also the first female to hip thrust over 300 lbs

Anyone know the difference between these two guys?
Hairy Guy: Weight 225 Waist 33 inches (Wedding Body Circa 06/19)Low T & HGH
Hairless Guy: Weight 240 Waist 33 inches (Dad Bod x2 Circa 05/21) Optimal T & HGH levels thanks to

Hairy guy was training 5x a week doing primarily strength training. Felt like blah, could lose fat but couldn’t retain muscle, had trouble sleeping. Basically had the hormones of 70 year old.

Hairless Guy feels better than ever, can slowly put on muscle over time while losing fat. Heck he even has a 4 pack on a good day. While he trains 5-6x a week, he can actually reap the benefits now.

Really proud of my client

While he didn’t make this rep at 350 lbs, he was so close! In a couple months that weight will be nothing!

Don’t underestimate sleep & recovery!

This was supposed to be a warm up. Needless to say it went nowhere after two separate attempts.

4 hours vs 6 hours of sleep is more often than not going to result in a weaker workout.

Your nervous system needs sleep. No matter how much pre workout you take, you can not overcome a CNS half recovered.

Also note, training is like an ebb and flow. Some days things just work then crash.

They will turn around though! Keep at it no matter what!

The windshield wiper: probably not the official name.

Keys to the movement:

•Use your core in combination with your hips to rotate side to side

• Breathe and brace abs and grip for dear life.
•Drive your shoulders down to help your lats stay in place

Get ready to feel the burn!

🚨advanced movement 🚨

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Moms out there!

May the fourth be with you! Yoda said you must so get after it today!

This can be said for MANY health issues that we struggle with!

Resilient is best way to describe my client Bev. Every week she battles when she comes to the gym. 95 lbs used to be a weight she might do once. Now she does it for sets and reps

Level Up Your Chin Up with Pause Weighted Chin Ups

*Warning- Highly Advanced*

BIG Keys to the movement!

•Make sure your shoulder blades initiate each rep

•Squeeze your lats at each pause

Client Highlight:
Trap Bar Deadlift PR 3x1 at 315

It absolutely flew up! This was even super setted with some upper body in between. 2021 Goal is to crush 400 next! Super proud of his hard work!

Last week 375 wouldn’t leave the ground today 405 felt like chump change.

Big Changes influenced both workouts.

Last week: 1st morning workout in ages, less sleep, nothing to get me hyped to workout
This week: Better quality sleep, hyped/focused. I’ve never been a pre workout person but Sleep Multiplier & Pre Step 1 & 2 have blown me away with how they have changed my workouts.

Never skip a Monday because you never know when you will hit a PR.

Hip Thrust 700 lbs x2

800 is coming next!

TGIF: Seems like a great day for PR on bench press at 315. Hard work pays off. Keep your eyes focused on the prize.
