Every child deserves a place to shine!

Join us Friday evenings from 5:15 to 6:15 at our O'Fallon location for TAG. Teaching Adaptive Gymnastics is a program designed to help children of all abilities discover the joy of movement in a supportive, encouraging environment. TAG gives each athlete the opportunity to learn at their own pace, build confidence, develop new skills and make new friends.

Because gymnastics isn't about doing everything the same way, it's about discovering what you can do. And at Hi-NRG, there's always a place for you.
