Meet Coach Alaa, who operates by a "believe you can and you're already halfway there" attitude, which shows in the way he coaches. Coach Alaa has been with the Hi-NRG family since fall of 2024 and you'll see him in the gym coaching tumbling and gymnastics classes. In his free time he participates in martial arts tricking, which he's been doing for 12 years and involves a lot of the tumbling skills he's teaching athletes. Coach Alaa really loves seeing when his athletes stick that skill they've been working so hard to land. He says you can see the confidence in their eyes and there's nothing more rewarding than being a part of that.

We made a post the other day about our upcoming Parents' Night Out happening tomorrow and had the wrong time on the graphic. The correct time for this event is from 6 to 8:30 PM. We really hope to see your kids there!
