Age division nationals recap.
2x national champion 🥇🥇I was invited to the world championships in South Africa as well. I would like to give my gratitude to everyone who’s got me to where I am now. Thank you for coaching me for a year and building me up to love this sport and get to where I’m at now. Thank you to for making my taper into this meet. Thank you to for handling me for this meet and also helping me lock in to cut 9% bw (126 -> 116)😭. Final thanks to all my friends and family that came, watched, and supported me. It was not the performance I was planning for, but I can’t complain lmao. I’m now currently ranked #1 in the world, by 60lbs. It’s only up from here. 500kg+ will fall at worlds.

Lost the third attempt cus of my shoes, I definitely had it but I didn’t wanna dwell on it. It was hard to tell how bench was going to go because of new rules introduced.

Missed my first deadlift from momentum and rushing the command. I also wore an Ireland singlet which wasn’t allowed 😭. 3rd attempt was pretty easy but holding it was not. I might’ve had around 210kg tops.

Long awaited upgrade.. Cybex Cable Cross!
Sturdier construction, smoother pulleys, and improved ease of use. Also features neutral grip pull up handles, which our old cable crossover did not have.
We hope you guys enjoy this new piece. What else would you guys like to see us upgrade here at DSM?
