Mr. Bobby “Bobman” Boone is a man whose compassion, kindness, and caring heart have touched the lives of so many.

As a husband, dad, grandfather, and friend, Bobman holds a special place in the hearts of those who know him. A great storyteller, he has a gift for bringing people together and sharing memories that will be treasured for years to come. He loved CFE where he has spent the last 14-15 years and was our oldest member at 75 years old .

But his greatest impact is found in the love, friendship, and kindness he shared with others.

We love you Bobman and will miss you dearly but we can also find peace in the fact that you are pain free and healthy again!

In honor of “Bobman” we will not have class at Noon on Wednesday . Instead , during that 1hr we ask that you stop what you’re doing and spend time honoring him and praying for his family and closest friends.

Calling all that love to compete! We understand it’s not for everyone . CrossFit is not about who can do it faster or heavier but it does give those that like to lift heavy and get uncomfortable a chance to test just that . Our hope and prayer is that you always support those that do .

That being said… ITS GAME WEEK! LET’S GO!
