Today we're spotlighting Coach Live from Anytime Fitness in Stillwater, MN! She's doing a progress check-in with her client, Leticia.

While we were sleeping, Nataly was doing her clinical training (6:30 pm to 7:30 am) at Health Park Hospital!
Not only that, but she’s a full-time Nursing student at Kaiser University and works as a server! An exemplary role model for those who say “I just can’t find time for the gym;-)!! Active in soccer, tennis, pickel ball and boxing, Nataly was born in Cuba and has lived here for 13 years! Some really exciting news!!!——-she graduates on May 4!! Congratulations Nataly!!——and great work!!💪💪

While not producing miles of smiles, (see non-member pictured:-( the dead hang has often been described as a great indicator of overall fitness! Grip strength is what it’s all about. All articles on the dead hang tell us to check with our doctor or trainer before attempting so I’m not leaving that out here. A fit male should do 2 minutes. A fit female should do 90 seconds! Give it a shot and post your time on the entryway blackboard! One of the ladies is currently leading all “hangers” at 2:52!! Remember to check with your doc or trainer before attempting!!😀💪 Go get ‘em!!

Time marches on! A ceremonial end of season dinner for some of the morning crew was held at Rusty’s near Colonial and I75 on Wednesday evening. Organized by Event Planner and Mayor in the Morning, Lisa Groff. Attendees pictured right to left are: Mike, Karen, Sal, Steve, Terry, Lisa, Jim, Kelly and Russ! Calorie intake far exceeded calorie burn on this get-together! A good time was had by all.

We might catch a cast member or two from our local live theaters working out at the gym, but catching an entire cast is extremely rare! But that’s what happened here! Kathleen was going through an eye-popping routine of jumps, lifts, twists and turns, but graciously rolled-with the interruption. David is from NY, and starred in the TV series, “Boardwalk Empire”! Kathleen is from Australia, formerly a lawyer, but now travels the world acting and is a member of The Actors Studio in NY! These two are super friendly and carry the entire play, “Venus in Fur” playing at the Florida Rep Theater now through May 18!! Impressive workouts Guys!!

The competition is being held in Miami on May 24th! I’m by no means a judge of things like this, but I do see victory written all over that confident smile and attitude! 40 minutes on that stair stepper on top of everything else should do it!! Great goal and awesome work Chanell!!💪💪
