Celebrating a special birthday today!! At 90 years young, Dick is working hard on his balance and strength, proving that staying active has no age limit.

Even a foot injury hasn’t deterred him! Today we did some work on the Axis board to keep working on foot and ankle strength and stability before we hit the weights and sled.

Happy Birthday, Dick!! 💪🏼🎊🎂💪🏼

For months, we worked together to make sure that she felt strong, confident, and beautiful on one of the biggest days of her life. At the end of May, I had the honor of standing beside Jessica as a bridesmaid and watching her walk down the aisle looking amazing!

Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey in the gym and to the altar. I cherish the friendship we have built and love being your newly appointed big sister! Wishing you a lifetime of happiness! 🤍💍
