Our IBC family is growing!
We are so excited to welcome two beautiful new additions to our community.
Welcome to the world, Baby Vicky, and congratulations to proud parents Jacob and Carla Lawing. 💗
And welcome Baby Kycin, with so much love to proud parents Isaiah Martin and Nae Shoate. 💙
There is something so special about watching our IBC family grow beyond the walls of the gym. We cannot wait to watch these little ones grow up surrounded by so much love, strength, and community.

This is IBC…
Yes, we come here to get stronger. We show up for the workouts, the heavy lifts, the hard days and the goals we’re chasing. But somewhere along the way, it becomes about so much more than fitness.
It becomes the people beside you. The ones who cheer a little louder when you need it, celebrate your wins like they’re their own, and keep showing up for you both inside and outside these walls.
Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different goals. One community.
We’re incredibly proud of what has been built at IBC, but even more grateful for the people who make it feel like home.
Strong bodies are built here. Even stronger connections are too.

Summer is flying by, and this pretty much sums it up.
Good workouts, good people, and a lot of time spent in the gym together. Hard to believe we’re already heading into the final stretch of summer.
Still plenty of time to put in some work.
