CHC Summer Smash.. FULL SEND - EVENT 5 π₯
At the start of 3, 2, 1β¦ GO! Athlete 1 will sprint 50β down to their assigned C2 Bike Erg and complete 30/22 calories at Damper 10.
Upon completion, athletes will advance to their dumbbells where they will perform 15 Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35).
Athletes will then return to their Bike Erg and complete an additional 30/22 calories at Damper 10.
Once finished, athletes will sprint 50β back to their starting mat and tag in their partner. Partner 2 will then complete the exact same sequence for an additional 1 round. Workout is completed when partner 2 arrives back to the starting mat.
