Season 12 finished in June! Starburst welcomed Coach Crystal and rocked the floor at 9 Panel in Asheville! Shooting Stars brought their disco routine to Gold Rush in Charlotte for the very first time and wrapped up the season at Special Olympics NC Summer Games in Raleigh!

Season 11 brought the spirit and the sass!

Seasons 9 and 10 brought lots of new! We introduced Starburst, our non-competitive team, revealed new uniforms, and became national champions at Low Country Showdown in Charleston!

Season 8 brought so much joy! We celebrated national championships for all of our teams in Savannah including our Shooting Stars, individual, duo, and trio! We celebrated Autism Awareness in Asheville and Crazy Sock Day for Down Syndrome Awareness at practice! It was a blessing to return to a full season of in person events!

Season 7 brought unexpected challenges as the world shut down and slowly reopened. We adapted our season to be able to keep our athletes healthy and safe. We were blessed with the opportunity to virtually compete at Americheer’s Nationals before returning to one in person competition to end the season.

Seasons 5 and 6 brought new competitions, new athletes, and the addition of our competitive stunt group “The Sledgehammers”!

Seasons 3 and 4 were bigger and better! Back-to back NC Special Olympics gold medals highlighted the seasons along with high school exhibitions and parades!

Hope Elite traveled to Washington D.C. in season 2! We competed in the National Special Needs Spotlight with teams from all over the United States! We also rocked the house at NC Special Olympics and celebrated a national championship at Spirit of Hope!

Hope Elite was started in 2014 to provide inclusive all star cheerleading opportunities for people with disabilities through competitions, exhibitions, and community involvement.
