I’m so excited to head back to beautiful Nashville Indiana this fall! I will be leading my 4th Weekend Yoga Retreat . It will be the first weekend in November, Nov. 6-8th. The weekend will consist of yoga for all abilities, a craft, yummy food, relaxation, you can hike at Brown County State Park, whatever you desire!! Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel. If you are looking to make friends, move your body, slow down, breathe, or get out in nature, this is for you! ♥️
