This is not a "point-and-kick" cardio class. This is a realistic, scenario-based immersion covering:

Mindset & Awareness: Spotting the psychology of an attacker and pre-attack indicators before a strike happens.

Verbal Judo: How to de-escalate unwanted contacts before they turn physical.

The Physicality of Defense: High-percentage, proven standing and ground survival tactics.

Force Multiplication: How and when to seamlessly transition to everyday tools (sprays, knives, etc.).

Legal Framework: Knowing the laws on self-defense and the legal use of force.
