I want you to raise your hand if you’ve heard a lot of contradictory information about health and fitness on the internet ✋ ✋ unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of predators out there who can’t wait for the first opportunity to spread misinformation with the intention of monetizing their audience. It’s a dangerous world out there ☠️🌎 But I’m here to tell you that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on supplements, pills and juice cleansers (trust me, your liver is pretty good at detoxifying your body), to reach your goals. The problem is, until we realize that the basic works, we won’t be able to break this endless cycle. Sleep, nutrition and exercise. Sounds simple, right? But just because it’s simple doesn’t mean it’s easy. To master the basics, you need to be able to overcome the barriers and limiting beliefs that hold you back. This process won’t happen overnight, and almost never linearly. But at the end, it’s 100% worth it. And that’s the reason that this has to be done for YOU. Not for them. Comparing yourself to others will also only hold you back. Remember to always focus on YOU. What YOUR body can do, what barriers YOU have to overcome to reach your goals, and what do you need to be the best version of YOUrself. So I’m here to help and guide you through this entire process so that you don’t have to make the same mistakes I made when I started my own journey. I want to help you be the best version of yourself while improving both your mental and physical health. I want 2024 to be YOUR year 💪✨
