Whether your athlete plays hockey, lacrosse, baseball, basketball, runs track, wrestles, or competes in another sport, our Teen Athlete Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help them become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more confident.

Our training focuses on strength, speed, agility, injury prevention, work ethic, and mental toughness that carries over to every sport and every season.

As the coach, there’s nothing better than seeing hard work turn into confidence.

When athletes first start training, they’re learning the basics, asking questions, and figuring things out. Then one day, you realize they’re moving with confidence, getting stronger, and performing at a whole new level.

Hearing, “He doesn’t ask me how to do the exercises anymore. He just knows,” is exactly why we do what we do.

Starting June 1, Kilo Foxtrot Fitness will be moving to our summer training schedule through mid-August / early September.
