Your staff scan and upload digital copies of the inmate’s correspondence, then your inmates can view those copies on their CID devices. CIDNET users, did you know you could block any inmates linked to your account?
Block any inmate by following these steps:
1. Log in to your CIDNET Public Portal account
2. In the Menu, click on Inmates
3. Select the inmate you'd like to block
4. Click on the block button at the bottom of your screen
Once blocked, the inmate will not be able to reach out to you until they are unblocked.
