We slow every athlete's sprint to quarter speed. The foot landing in front instead of underneath. The hips sitting instead of driving. That is not a feeling, that is film. Then we fix it. ttstrainingperformance.com/booking

Our coaches do not just run a session, they study it. The better you understand a movement, the simpler you can explain it to a 14 year old. ttstrainingperformance.com/booking

Recruiters do not care how hard your kid works in practice. They see three seconds: first step, change of direction, explosion off the line. That window is trainable and measurable. ttstrainingperformance.com/booking
Our coaches do not just run a session, they study it. The more you actually understand a movement, the simpler you can explain it to a 14 year old. That is the difference between a workout and coaching. ttstrainingperformance.com/booking

Four percent. Then six. Then fifteen.
That is the median vertical jump gain for our athletes, grouped by how many sessions they have actually completed here. It does not creep up. It steps up, and the step happens right around 40 sessions.
So when a parent asks how long before we see something, the honest answer is not a number of weeks. It is a number of sessions. The kid who comes twice a week gets there in a semester. The kid who comes when it is convenient does not get there at all.
This is force plate data from our own athletes, 1,639 tests. Not a feeling, not a highlight clip.
If you want to know where your athlete actually stands, start with an evaluation.

Rough leg day and his reactive strength still went up 2.1 percent on average. Small numbers on a bad day are how you know the plan is working. ttstrainingperformance.com/booking

Connective tissue takes 12 to 24 weeks to adapt. The kid pushed too hard too early peaks at 14 and rarely competes at 22. Plateaus are the body consolidating, not failing. ttstrainingperformance.com/booking
