🎉Meet another One of Our 2026–2027 Ambassadors: Nicky🎉

Nicky has been part of the CrossFit Amis family since September 2018, so he knows a thing or two about what makes this community special.

His go-to movements? Back squats and bench press. 💪

One thing that surprised him about CrossFit is the level of competition that comes out of athletes when they’re challenged by others. A little friendly competition can bring out a whole new level of effort! 🔥

What he appreciates most about CrossFit Amis is the vision of the owners and coaches to adapt the programming for athletes of all levels. Whether you’re just getting started or pushing yourself to the next level, there’s a place for you here.

And when he’s not at the gym? Nicky likes things FAST. 🏎️🚤🏍️
Fast cars, fast boats, and fast bikes — sounds like he doesn’t believe in slow hobbies! 😂

We’re excited to have someone with Nicky’s experience, competitive spirit, and love for the community representing CrossFit Amis this year!

🎉Meet another One of Our 2026–2027 Ambassadors: Alex🎉

Alex has been part of the CrossFit Amis family for 4+ months, and in that time, has already discovered just how much the body is capable of adapting to different movements.

Favorite movement? Deadlifts! 💪

But what really stood out about CrossFit Amis wasn’t just the workouts — it was the family-like environment.

There’s something special about walking into a gym where everyone supports and encourages each other, and Alex quickly found that at Amis. ❤️

And one thing you can always count on from Alex? Humor and positivity! 😄Alex says they try to find the humor and stay positive in every situation — and we think that’s exactly the kind of energy we want representing our community!

We’re so excited to have Alex as part of our Ambassador team and can’t wait to see all the positivity they bring to CrossFit Amis this year!

🎉Meet another One of Our 2026–2027 Ambassadors: Noreen🎉

Noreen has been part of the CrossFit Amis family since January 2018, and we’re so excited to have her representing our community as an Ambassador for the next year!

Her favorite movement? Hang snatches! 🏋️‍♀️

What has surprised her most about CrossFit is the camaraderie — that feeling of working hard alongside people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.

And what stood out to her about CrossFit Amis? The dedication of the coaches to teaching proper technique with patience and enthusiasm. 🙌

Outside the gym, Noreen is a little bit of everything:

🎨 Part artist
💻 Part techie
🎤 Karaoke enthusiast

And apparently, according to Noreen… “just add drinks.” 😂🍹

We’re grateful for all the years Noreen has been part of CrossFit Amis and can’t wait to have her represent the community she’s been a part of for so long!
