New iron on the Kamans Gym floor🔥
The Bodymasters LE 401A Hack Squat features an elevated platform that opens up a full, uncompromised range of motion. This classic piece is super smooth through the entire movement, but it feels heavy where it counts!
Alongside it, the Bodymasters MD 320A Shoulder Press offers both neutral and pronated grips with a wide range of adjustments, dialing in an insane range of motion for pressing that actually fits your body.

Atlantis C-122 Glute Kickback
Atlantis machines are highly regarded for durability and precise biomechanics. The C-122 provides a stable setup, smooth resistance through the full range of motion, and consistent loading to effectively target the glutes without unnecessary lower-back strain.
Cybex VR Standing Calf Raise
The Cybex VR line is recognized for its engineering, natural movement patterns, and heavy max weight! This standing calf raise offers a solid high mounted platform that allows for maximum range of motion, a cam system that keeps tension on the calves throughout the lift, and a 300lb weight stack, making it effective for both controlled reps and heavier loading.
Both machines are now on the gym floor and ready for use!
The 1st Generation Nautilus Double Shoulder Machine allows you to perform lateral raises and overhead presses on the same piece of equipment! These beautiful machines were manufactured by Nautilus throughout the 70’s making them a piece of bodybuilding history that revolutionized the exercise equipment industry that we know today. Kaman’s gym is loaded with 1st generation Nautilus, Bodymasters, and Cybex equipment. We are located in Lexington South Carolina near Lexington High School.

We have a couple new machines on the gym floor! Built for performance and durability, the Cybex VR2 Dual Axis Mid Row and Incline Chest Press machines are legends in the strength training world. Released in the early 2000s, the VR2 line was known for its biomechanically sound design and smooth, plate loaded feel, without the plates. With independent arms and dual axis movement, these machines offer a more natural range of motion. A true classic!
