I had such a good time being a part of The Lincoln Kids Magazine, Coffee & Perspective Moms Panel at The Charging Station Saturday.

I loved connecting with moms in all different stages and having real conversations about motherhood, and life.

I’m so grateful I get to be part of events and organizations that are truly connecting people.

Losing someone to su***de is a loss that has changed my sons and I in ways I never expected.

I hope I can take something from that experience and use it to make a difference, so maybe someone else doesn’t have to experience this kind of loss.

I want more people to know what to look for, what to say, and how to support someone who may be struggling.
