Ever look in the mirror and think to yourself, “How did I get here?”

Been there! 🤚🏽

About a month ago I could barely keep up with a 30-minute workout.
I was tired just from cleaning the house and running errands, & drinking enough caffeine to power a rocket ship.

I knew it wasn’t sustainable, but I also wasn’t sure how I’d find the time. As a mom of 5, I'm lucky if I can sneak in a shower, let alone start a fitness routine.

But then I found an exercise routine that works with mom life. One I could actually get done in just 20 minutes a day.

I made small sustainable changes to my eating habits that helped me have more energy! And I want to empower you to do the same thing.
