Instructor Spotlight: Rachael
Rachael believes the most important thing you can do in class is simply show up and have fun.

Pole can be challenging, but it’s also incredibly rewarding. For many people it becomes more than fitness. It becomes a space to reconnect with your body, build confidence, and discover strength you didn’t know you had.
