Getting to do something I’ve always wanted to do….some tumbling with my middle! I always wanted to be a gymnast, but my parents wouldn’t let me…too dangerous. So I became a swimmer. And then let my middle so gymnastics/cheer. Good call, except I still wanted to see if I could finally learn some tips and see what this old gal can do. Goal was to perfect a handstand by age 60 and learn how to do an arial and backflip tumble pass. Thanks for doing this with me (you still rock!) and thank you Andrew for making my day so special! We’ll have to come back to complete goals, but I learned a lot and had a blast! (Special thanks to my little helpers who got to come have fun and play too.)

@thefoodbabe message was always focused on helping Kellogg’s be the ‘good guys’… an opportunity to be a leader in the industry and do the right thing.

1,000 of us marched peacefully - doctors, politicians, nutritionists, activists, concerned mothers and children - to represent the 417k who signed to request Kellogg remove artificial petroleum-based dyes linked to hyperactivity and ADHD.

Instead of simply accepting the petition respectfully, they locked us out, including a Kellogg shareholder and a state senator.

Meanwhile a sea of informed children chanted desperately in an effort to be heard and protect their generation from this corporate negligence.

Kellogg’s has forced our hand and everyone who cares for human health should be outraged – whether or not you live in America, and whether or not your family consumes anything from this company.

Many parents are simply unaware of the links to ADHD and hormone disruption, and we are fighting for those with less access or choice when it comes to breakfast options.

I hope you will join us in boycotting all Kellogg’s products, and spreading the message by sharing this image and using the hashtag #CancelKelloggs on social media.

Together we can create a surge of new action and education, and hit Kellogg’s where it hurts – their bank accounts.

They’ve now clearly shown they do not respect our voices, and will only change if government outlaws these ingredients, or if it costs them a significant percent of their value.

Some days are just worth spuddling! Anyone else have a spuddle day? At first I was crowning myself as Queen Spuddler! Then decided it’s best to just allow and be excited I enjoyed a day of rest. 😊 👸 🥔 😜😅

Just hanging out today in my Naboso Splay toe separators. (Repairing mild bunions before they inefficiently change the way I move any more than they already have.) 👣

Nothing like caring for your mom on Mother’s Day. Tables turned. So thankful to be a frequency specific microcurrent practitioner. Getting to help heal my mom’s head bruise in just an hour is pretty awesome. She came with a headache and left with being able to touch her head and eye felt normal. The bruising is significantly reduced. By tomorrow I’ll have it down even more. Thanks Dr Carol McMakin ( )for teaching me about how to match the frequencies to bring about healing.
