💗 Honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Alma’s Story 💗
In May 2024, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. From the very beginning, I knew I wasn’t going to let it stop me. My faith in God gave me the strength to believe I would be okay and that my story could help someone else going through the same thing.
My journey included six rounds of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, 11 rounds of immunotherapy, and reconstructive surgery. Today, I’m incredibly grateful to say that I am cancer-free.
Throughout it all, HOTWORX gave me something to look forward to. I kept working, kept showing up when I could, and was surrounded by an amazing community of franchisees, team members, Performance Coaches, and members who supported me every step of the way.
Sharing my journey also encouraged other breast cancer survivors in our studio to share theirs. We supported one another, checked in on each other, and reminded each other just how powerful community can be.
My message to anyone facing breast cancer is simple: You will get through this. Focus on the positive, take it one day at a time, and never underestimate the importance of early detection. 💗🔥

💗October Warrior of the Month: Brooke 💗
I was a HOTWORX advocate before I was ever an owner, but I never imagined how important it would become during my breast cancer journey.
Through chemotherapy, I did what I could—even if it was just coming in to sit and sweat. After reconstruction surgery left me with almost no strength, I slowly started rebuilding with Cycle and Blast before working my way back to Bands and Pilates.
Progress is slow, but the benefits are so rewarding. I’m grateful to have HOTWORX as part of my journey and to keep showing up and getting stronger.
This October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’ll also finish my final immunotherapy treatments. 💗🔥
