Aerial Hoop is a wonderful apparatus for brand new beginners and pros alike.
We hang hoops super low in Level 1, so that everyone can comfortably get into the hoop...no upper body strength needed!
And you'll learn full dance sequences on day 1 🤗

Build your skills at your own pace! And move up the levels as you feel comfortable.
