TRX Suspension Trainer is one of the best piece of equipment I have ever worked with as a trainer. Utilizes your own body weight and gravity, providing a full body workout. The risk of injury is minimum. You will improve your core and your muscular endurance. Improve stability, coordination, balance, mobility and a powerful endurance strength. You can take it anywhere! I mean ANYWHERE.
