We teach martial arts, fitness, self-defense, tai chi, and meditation in adult group classes. We also offer personal fitness training and private classes.

If we come out of the gate trying to “win” or use a lot of speed or power, we’re going to eventually injure our partners and lower class morale. If instead, we initially focus on controlled sparring, we’ll avoid injury while improving skills, allowing us to turn up the heat and have more fun sparring without hurting each other. This investment pays off for everyone in class.
