What an amazing November weekend! Jules led a Farewell Paddle along the Intrepid as she heads back west. Eric took us kayaking around Bannerman’s Castle, along the shimmering golden fjord framed by Storm King Mountain and Breakneck Ridge.

Davis and Marge led a Sushi Trip up the Hudson River to Mitsuwa Market, where the group enjoyed yummy treats. Stacey led the cheering squad at the NYC Marathon to support Judy and Hyunyung crushing the race.

This close-knit community cares for each other. Whenever times are tough, the support of friends makes all the difference. With the cool season here, wetsuits are on, spirits are high, and we’re ready to keep the adventures going strong.

Join us this Saturday, Sep 21, for the last doggone day of summer! Doggy paddles are happening at 12 and 1 PM, perfect for beginners, non-swimmers, and big dogs. Everything’s provided, from life jackets for dogs & people, kayaks or paddleboards, plus a beginner lesson. Paddleboards are great for sitting with big dogs or two small dogs.

This is my favorite time of year to be out on the water—without the summer heat, the experience is even more enjoyable. Our tours are designed for beginners, with two guides for every small group to ensure everyone feels confident. We provide all the gear and a lesson, making it easy to get started, even if you’ve never kayaked before.
