We often hear about how therapeutic keeping a journal can be, however, many of us do not know where to start or how to get into a better practice with it.
Join Nicole ( ) as she guides our community through writing techniques and journal prompts to help gain insight on how to develop a stronger journaling practice.
This sunset workshop will offer time to meditate and reflect, to practice gentle asana (postures), and to practice the art of journaling. This will be a relaxing evening not to miss!
