Another long weekend, that flew by too quickly. Beyond proud of my 6 guys (Lamar not pictured) this year. There were new PRs set, failed attempts made, but in the end it was pure fun. Overall we ended the weekend with 3 1st Place, 2 2nd Place and a 4th Place finish.

Pedrito Hernandez-solis new PR of 435lb DL and 237lb Bench
Andrew James Hunter benched 335lbs and deadlifted 501lbs
Connor Hess benched 165lbs and deadlifted 315lbs
Kenneth R Fry Jr. New PR of 451lbs DL and 205lb Bench
Garrett Ford hit 335lb Bench and 585 DL, while inspiring hundreds of athletes this weekend
Lamar Matthews hit a 190lb deadlift and 115lb Bench press

Congrats to my special olympic team who competed at regionals today. We sand bagged like no other, 40-50% of their max was used, yet they still brought home 3 1st place and 6 State Game Qualifiers! Just wait for the show they put on at the end of the month once theyre turned loose!!
